Established on 5th May 1999, the Home United Fan Club is housed at #03-04, Bishan Sports Hall.

On 9th January 2011, Home United FC's second club-house at 131 East Coast Road was officially opened.

Fans and Members can visit both club-houses to enjoy the facilities which include Jackpot machines, Karoke rooms, Live Football and other activities organized by the Club.

The HUFC membership card entitles holders to the following benefits:

• HUFC Club House (with a jackpot room, massage chair, football table and cozy corner) at Bishan Sports Hall.
• HUFC East Coast Club House, located at 131, East Coast Road (S) 428816, which includes a karaoke room, jackpot room, a cozy lounge with 2 wide screen TV and a projector screen to simultaneously screen live EPL League / S. League matches.
• HomeTeam NS Club house at Bukit Batok, Ah Hood Road, Smith Street and Sembawang. (Prior booking required subject to availability of space)
