Home United FC VS Geylang United FC

With only two wins from its first 6 matches, Home United FC comes into this match trailing leaders Tampines Rovers by five points. In the last match, Home United FC struggled to a narrow 2-1 win over Sengkang Punggol FC at the Jalan Besar Stadium. Coming into this one, our Protectors will need to improve on their performance if they are to garner all three points. Choi Chul Woo is in good scoring form and will once again lead the line with able support from Captain Sharil Ishak. In midfield, the central pairing of Naufal Omar and Isa Halim provides high work-rate but lack penetration, as the pair are pre-dominantly defensive players. Chilean Nelson San Martin has yet to settle into the local game and he will look for an improved performance himself.

Geylang United FC come into this match buoyed by their recent results. In the AFC Cup, they came back from two goals down to draw 2-2 with Thai Port FC. On Monday, they again came back to draw 2-2 with French side Etoile FC at the Queenstown Stadium. Geylang's lineup will consist of four ex-Protectors in Siddiq Durimi, Syed Fadhil, Walid Yunos and Itimi Dickson.

Another entertaining match with plenty of goals can be expected.Come catch this exciting match at the Clementi Stadium. Kick-off is at 1945hrs.
