There’s another pool of thought – what can the government do? they are out of ideas, they only way is to let the economy collapse and then it can rise again.

Is anyone right or wrong? Sometimes i just wonder whether we need so many residential units. With the aging population, will there be a day when Singapore is flooded with empty units. “The quantity of open and private lodging units has been anticipated as 6,000 open units and 6,500 private units, is still under review,” said a URA representative.

The records demonstrate that the new 60ha Bayshore area, around 66% the span of Bidadari, is limited by Bedok Camp, Bayshore Road, East Coast Parkway and Upper East Coast Road, with a few segments of it at present possessed by a timberland.

Arranged between two up and coming MRT stations, Bayshore and Bedok South on the future Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL), the site is relied upon to accompany civilities like shops, schools, and a coordinated transport center point.

In spite of the fact that the triumphant consultancy will present its last proposition in December 2017, the representative included that the new region won’t be produced “sooner rather than later”, yet the two MRT stations are focused to be operational by 2024.

The last time HDB pads were developed there was the point at which the old-era pads in Marine Parade were implicit the 1970s, with some of these units sold on the resale showcase for more than $900,000 as of late.
