HUFC Completes School Outreach Programme 2009

Home United FC recently completed the School Outreach Programme for 2009. In total, nine different schools were visited by our coaches and S-League players. For Whitley Secondary, Ang Mo Kio Secondary and Deyi Secondary School, these schools were visited twice.
Home United FC's objectives of the School Outreach Programme comes in three prongs. Firstly, it is to create S-League awareness among the neighbouring schools. Many students from these schools attends our S-League matches to cheer on our Protectors throughout the year. Secondly, to offer the shools a good level of coaching for them to build on. Last of all, with Home United FC dominant in the youth scene, it is also part of HUFC's network of scouting talented players.
The 2010 School Outreach Programme is already in the planning stage with different schools targetted, like Guangyang Secondary School.
