Centre Of Excellence

Home United FC has two youth teams namely the Under 16 and Under 18 teams under the Centre of Excellence (COE) programme started by FAS in 2000 The aim of the programme was to develop youths for the elite level.

Both teams train under full-time professional coaches and trainings are held 4-5 times weekly with a competitive match held over the weekends.

Over the years, our COE teams have developed many players who are now playing in the elite level. Current National players such as Juma’at Jantan and Khairul Amri were part of our COE teams when they were younger.

Sunday Football

In collaboration with the Central CDC, Home United FC currently has 2 training centres offering football coaching to boys age 7-15 years and girls 8-18 years.

Our two centres comprise the “Ang Mo Kio” centre and the “Whitley” centre and both centres are housed at Ang Mo Kio Secondary School and Whitley Secondary School respectively.

Trainings are held every Sunday morning from 0830hrs to 1030hrs.

Our aim is to develop the youths in both technical and tactical aspects of football, through our detailed training programme.

School Outreach

In connecting with the community, our coaching staff and our S-League players will go into the neighbouring schools and offer free coaching sessions. Every year, Home United Football Club has visited at least 8 schools in the Bishan and Ang Mo Kio area.
